Do you know, everything you've been doing since you opened your eyes, is till stored intact in your subconscious mind. Ever told your friend, "You know, I once did this when I was a child"? This is where you subconscious minds gets activated and helps you remember everything that had happened in that particular moment. That is the Power Of Your Subconscious Mind. There is a popular saying,"What you think is what you become.". This is actually true, what you think everyday, is how your subconscious mind signals your mind to perform. If you constantly think of a negative thing, a flood of fear suggestions is sent to your subconscious mind which then responds and reacts accordingly. It leads you to make mistakes and foolish decisions which then turns into failure i.e. you became what you initially thought of! Therefore, it is very important that you think positively to bring a positive impact in your life.

Your Conscious mind performs only 10% brain operations which is responsible for analyzing things,  think and plan, and for short-term memories. While the Subconscious mind id responsible for 90% brain operations such as long term memory, emotions and feelings, habits, relationship patterns, addictions, involuntary body functions, creativity, developmental stages, spiritual connection, intuition etc.

The Brain is so important that 8 bones comes together to just protect this single organ! Although a human brain normally weighs 1.2-1.4 kilograms but it feels like 25-50 grams, thanks to the in-built buoyancy i.e. the force that causes objects to float.

A Human Brain has its own variant of waves that flows across the Brain and then decides our state of mind. When we are physically and mentally relaxed, awake but drowsy, it is the Alpha Wave. When we are Awake, and have a normal alert of consciousness, it is the Beta Wave responsible. When we are in deep sleep, and loose our bodily awareness, it is the Delta Wave. When we are in a deep meditation, reduced consciousness, dreams, light sleep, it is the Theta Wave. And the most interesting, the Gamma Wave that is responsible for any Heightened Perception, which we normally refer to as "The Sixth Sense" which means,"claimed reception of information not gained through the recognized physical senses, but sensed with the mind."

Some More Facts About Brain

  • Ever thought why, you dream falling from a height and wake up assuming it to be real? This is because our mind simply cannot differentiate between the "Reality" and what is "Imagination". Even if you're dreaming, your brain thinks of that to be actually taking place and directs your body to act accordingly and this is also the reason why we sometimes take twists and turns in our sleep.
  • There is a stage in our sleep known as Rapid Eye Movement or REM Stage when the brain is almost as active as it is when we are awake. During the REM Stage, people face a state of temporary paralysis as the brain signals the spinal cord to cease the movement of the arms and legs. This acts as a protective mechanism to prevent injury that might be caused by acting out our dreams.
  • Ever heard about people walking in their sleep? This is because of the REM Sleep Behavior Disorder where brain is not able to signal the spinal cord to activate paralysis and this leads to people acting out their dreams.
  • A Human Brain processes 50,000-70,000 thoughts every day out of which, as seen in many people, 60-80% thoughts are negative.
  • Did you know that there exists a music that can actually repair your Brain and enhance your memory? Remember the name of this music, "Binaural Beats". Listen to this music right below!

Source:  aljazeera.com   Yesterday, the Indian cricket team lifted the Champions Trophy, a victory that was as emphatic as it was deserved. But amidst the celebrations, a familiar murmur resurfaced — the debate surrounding India playing all their matches at the Dubai International Stadium. Was it an unfair advantage? The voices of dissent, particularly from the South African camp, echoed through the cricketing world. “It’s definitely an advantage,” declared Rassie van der Dussen, citing the comfort of staying in one location, practicing in familiar facilities, and playing on the same pitches. David Miller echoed this sentiment, lamenting the travel disruptions that his team faced.  “It’s only an hour and 40 minute flight, but the fact that we had to do that was not ideal,” he stated, following their loss to New Zealand. David Miller honest about frequent travel between Pakistan and Dubai: It was not nice However, these complaints ring hollow when examined against the bac...
